Spring has arrived! Hello long golden evenings at the best terraces in Brussels and picnics with friends! Seeing the magical forest Hallerbos in bloom was definitely one of this month’s highlights followed by my dinner at Pei & Mei – highly recommended to all foodies in Brussels! 

Weekend rituals: brunch at Henri & Agnes, filling the house with fresh flowers and buying freshly ground coffee from the newly-opened Or Coffee Roasters in Place Jourdan. Cherry blossom-lined streets, crisp white wine at Etiquette, the best croquettes aux crevettes grises at Nordzee – La Mer du Nord and travel planning at Via Via Bxl – Travellers Cafe.

Picking the cutest chocolate eggs from Pierre Marcolini as presents for dear foodie friends. Spending Easter in Greece in the most traditional way with family and this cute face. I think I need to dedicate a whole post to my trip there – even if you’re not particularly religious it’s a travel experience you shouldn’t miss!

Playing tourist in Athens: strolls and way too many photos at the historical centre, coffee breaks at the beautiful garden of the Numismatic Museum’s cafe and long walks by the sea with friends, including the obligatory stop at Waffle House. Am I the only one counting down to summer already?!
