WEEKEND READS #12

Weekends are the perfect time to sit back, relax and enjoy! And what better way to do that than discovering great recipes, exciting travel destinations, new restaurants and interesting articles? Once per month I’m sharing with you my favorite weekend reads from the blogsphere and beyond to keep you inspired. I’d love to hear yours, so do share!

♥ Ever since I visited the YSL exhibition in Brussels, I couldn’t wait for the official movie about the beginning of his career. Judging by the trailer, the films seems as dramatic and glamorous as fashion fans could hope for.

As you might have gathered by now, I absolutely love weekend brunch! If you’re anything like me, ckeck out the best ways to cook eggs – probably the most effective hangover remedy.

Another concept I really like is gourmet food trucks, which have also made their appearance in the streets of London, Paris and Brussels. Here’s a list gathering the best food trucks in Brussels. Two of my personal favourites, Il Sapore della dolce Vita and Keep on Toasting, are of course included!

Speaking of special concepts, how about a cafe where everything is free, except the time you spend there? The Russian chain Ziferblat has recently opened its first UK branch in London and am already looking forward to trying it out next time I visit England. In the meantime, I’ve been to the first pay-per-minute cafe in Brussels, la La Recre.

January usually involves a lot of travel planning for me. Yep, I started organising my next trips right after coming back from my holidays – guilty as charged! But really, can you blame me? Having seen Chriselle’s travel diary on Greece (Athens, Mykonos and Santorini, to be exact) I can’t help but want to go back. Can we restart summer please?

Hope you all have a great weekend!
