A day trip with good friends to Kinderdijk, delicious food In Hatch & Sons in Dublin, street food galore at Brussels Food Truck Festival, walking along the coastal cliffs of Howth, lunch breaks at Pistolet Original. Pub crawling in Dublin, picnic under the sun in Cinquantenaire, drinks al fresco in Saint-Gilles, fresh seafood and crisp white wine in Rotterdam, cocktails at the terrace of Le Chatelain Hotel. Being surrounded by the prettiest flowers at the Royal Greenhouses of Laeken, pastel macarons and buttery croissants for my best friend’s birthday brunch, sunny walks by the lake in Geneva, thought-provoking street art in Dublin, the most beautiful floor tiles in Brussels at Chana.
