VLOG: AN ODE TO SUMMER

Summer is well underway but not over yet! As I am starting the countdown for my upcoming road trip in Portugal, I’ve been thinking about how wonderful my time in Milos was. You also seemed to like it a lot! Ever since I shared a few snippets from my holidays on Instagram, so many people have asked to see more of it and as always, I am happy to share. 

The first time I visited Milos was years ago and absolutely loved it. I’m happy to report that this is still the case. This time round it actually seemed to have become more popular with visitors from abroad, so it was even more lively, just as idyllic and far more expensive (!) than I remembered. Luckily, the island has retained its relaxed, low-key vibe, so it’s perfect for a family holiday, a romantic getaway or some down time with friends.

In this video I wanted to capture some of the highlights of the trip, including a few must-see spots, like Sarakiniko, Kleftiko and Paliochori.
