VLOG: WINTER GETAWAY

As I’m trying to overcome the post-holiday blues and kick the new year in a positive frame of mind, I decided to treat myself and spend some time doing something I love and be creative. This is how this little video was born. It’s a small (but sweet!) reminder of the beautiful trip my friends and I took up in the mountains and I can’t stop watching it!

The mention of Greece brings up images of the islands, long sandy beaches and sunshine but that’s just one piece of the puzzle. Long-time followers may remember that a few years ago I visited Ioannina and loved it so much that I wanted to return and explore a little bit more this part of Greece. This time I got to see the picturesque villages of Zagori (the Zagorochoria/ Ζαγοροχώρια in Greek) which are known for their traditional architecture and magical setting.

I have saved a few Stories on my Instagram profile and will share more photos (and tips!) on another post but hopefully, this video reveals how peaceful, unspoilt and unique this place is.
