LONDON IN BLOOM

I’ve always loved spring but this year in particular, it felt really special. The pandemic found me in London, so I’ve spent the past few months here away from most of my friends and family. Like everyone else, I’ve had my ups and downs but there was one thing that made my heart smile no matter what: being able to walk outside and admire all the beautiful flowers. London in bloom is probably at its prettiest, so I thought I’d share some photos from my strolls with you.

This is just a tiny part of what I’ve managed to photograph (there’s more on my Instagram if you fancy a peak), but it hopefully shows how the city transforms as the blooms transition from one to another. From magnolias and camelias to wisteria and cherry blossoms, all spring flowers come together this time of the year and make everything prettier. The photos also come from different neighbourhoods: Saint John’s Wood, Chelsea, South Kensington, Fulham, Westminster and Battersea.

I may do a second part in the future to show you more of London’s beauty but for now, I’ll leave the images do the talking!
