THE S FILES – NOVEMBER EDITION

Life is all about celebrating the little things –  the first snow of the year, a day at the beach, a blossomed flower, a fun evening with friends, ice cream on a hot day, the smell of rain, discovering hidden corners in the city you’ve lived for years… Every month I’m sharing with you all those moments captured through my camera that made each day special. Follow my adventures on Instagram and share yours!

Anticipating Christmas and all the wonderful traditions that come with has made November a great month! I was very lucky to spend some time in London where the festive spirit seems to have overtaken the whole city. A bit early indeed, but no complaints on my side!

While in London I had the chance to visit the Columbia Road Flower Market, see the Paul Klee exhibition at Tate Modern (highly recommended to all art lovers), have brunch at the Modern Pantry (the memory of the ricotta pancakes pictured below is still haunting me!) and do some shopping at Liberty.

A short trip to Amsterdam was also included in my travel agenda. Cycling around the city, visiting the Rijksmuseum and flower shopping at Bloemenmarkt, the city’s floating flower market, made up for the perfect weekend!

Back to Brussels, we already saw a little bit of snow (can’t wait for the real thing!), spent a surrealistic night thanks to the Nocturnes du Sablon and visited the exhibition “The Art of The Brick“.
