CHRISTMAS LIGHTS IN PARIS

It’s officially the most wonderful time of the year! Even if you’ve been too busy to notice the lights, decorations and aroma of mulled wine in the air, the icy weather is here to remind you that Christmas is just around the corner. This year I’m going to try something completely new: spend Christmas in a warm and exotic destination across the globe! And while I’m super excited to discover some new territories, I’m sure I’ll kind of miss the cozy feeling of Christmas in Europe.

As you probably saw on Instagram, I spend a few days in Paris a couple of weeks ago. Shops were just starting putting up their festive decorations and the whole city felt more romantic than ever – just when I thought this wasn’t even possible! I snapped these photos at the Printemps in between looking excitedly at the windows together with a bunch of children (!) and stocking up on Diptyque candles and jam from La Chambre Aux Confitures to take back home. I love how they turned out but admittedly, the real thing was even better. I did feel happy as a little kid and this proves one thing: you can ever be too old for Christmas!
