WEEKEND READS #18

Weekends are the perfect time to sit back, relax and enjoy! And what better way to do that than discovering great recipes, exciting travel destinations, new restaurants and interesting articles? Once per month I’m sharing with you my favorite weekend reads from the blogsphere and beyond to keep you inspired. I’d love to hear yours, so do share!

♥ You know how much I love travelling and tasting new flavours in the countries I’m visiting. This time Sylvain’s post took me all the way to Mumbai in India where he discovered gorgeous local delicacies. My foodie bucket list keeps growing..!

I posted this article a few weeks ago on Facebook, but I’m sharing it again for those who’ve missed it. Here’s a few tips on how to piss off a Belgian – hilarious!

How brilliant is the idea of  flowering hyacinth bulbs in Diptyque candle pots? I’ happen to love Diptyque candles ans am determined to recreate this at home despite my brown thumb!

Caroline’s recipe of triple chocolate strawberry topped cupcakes is mouthwatering to say the least. Move away from the computer if you’re on a diet; trying my best not to lick the screen as we speak!

Speaking of amazing sweets, it’s very interesting to see how hard and rewarding is to work as a patissier at a company famous for its gourmet creations like Fauchon in Paris. Check Sugared & Spiced’s post for a little behind the scenes action!

Hope you all have a great weekend! x

Thanks so much! I wish I had such a beautiful garden in Brussels 🙂 I took the picture at my mum’s place back home. Enjoy the weekend and see you soon!
