BRUNCH STORIES

You know there’s one thing I love the most when it comes to weekend activities: brunch! After exploring the Brussels brunch scene these past couple of years, I thought it would be fun to organise an event where we could meet, eat and have fun together. And thus, Brunch Stories were created: a series of thematic brunch events which will take place in a different venue every time.

As you probably saw on my social media, the first event took place last Sunday. With the festive season just around the corner, the theme of the first edition of Brunch Stories was Christmas. There was a Christmas cookies decorating workshop followed by brunch where I got to meet a few of you. At this point I should thank each and every one who attended the first event – we couldn’t have asked for a better group and had the best time with you!

A big thanks also goes to Fourchette à Bicyclette for another yummy brunch, Jenny from My Pop Cakes for the workshop as well as my dear friend and co-hostess Elena (cheers to teamwork!). Following the success of the first event, a second one is already in the works, so keep an eye on Brunch Stories’ Facebook page and Instagram! And make sure to scroll all the way down – I have prepared a mini video for you.

  • This is such a fabulous idea! I wish there was something like this where I live. Brunch is the best meal of the day.

hi there!! I was wondering how you created this websites. What kind of program that you used, because I really like to make my own website but I can’t find a good program! greats

    • Hi Kate! My blog runs on WordPress but is self-hosted. As for the design, I customised it myself – it’s a long process of trial and error! Hope that helps 🙂 Good luck with your website!
