Have you tried any of these places? What are your favourite brunch spots in Brussels?

Sandy (@smarksthespots)

  • YUM. that is all.

  • Hehehe I believe it covers everything! 🙂

  • John Papa

Great places, I love the fact that you can eat as much as you want/can.

    • smarksthespots

Agreed, an all-you-can eat menu is always good news! 🙂

  • I have been to Gaudron last saturday with my kids for my B-day..the brunch was excellent..the staff was really nice..we had a great day in a sunny terrace.. my #beautifulbrussels

    • I’m really glad you enjoyed Gaudron! The food is delicious and their terrace is a lovely spot to spend a sunny day. Good to hear they are also improving their service as this was their only weak point so far. Kepp enjoying our beautiful Brussels!! 🙂 xx

  • Logan Turner

Where can I find a great Bloody Mary??

    • The best one I’ve had to date was at Hard Rock Cafe, but I’ll keep looking and report back 🙂

  • Katy Cousins

Looking for a great boozy brunch spot – is this a concept that’s caught on here? The only one I’ve heard is top of Music museum…

    • Hi Katy! I’m afraid that things are little different in that respect in Brussels in the sense that alcohol/brunch cocktails are not that common. Having said that, you can always order drinks at these places whether they offer a buffet-style or à la carte brunch. Have a look at my Brussels Brunch Guide too, there are even more options available! Hope that helps 🙂

  • Noémie De Clercq

Don’t forget the pancakes day at the Mellow Kitchen 😉

    • I have to visit you soon to taste your pancakes; I’ve heard great things! 🙂

Went to Oma last weekend with 2 friends. We booked a table 2 weeks in advance and were looking forward to a lazy sunday brunch. The food was delicious. BUT… after less than 1,5 hour we were ‘kindly’ asked to pay and leave the table as the next customers were waiting outside. Now, I don’t know about you guys, but I like to take time for brunch. Also, the staff did not mention that that there was ‘time limit’ on their all-you-can-eat buffet. So I would only recommend Oma if you don’t mind to brunch fast.

    • I’m so sorry for the negative experience; never had this at Oma! To be honest, I also don’t get the slot system in restaurants, especially during brunch time when you all you need is to relax and enjoy. Thanks for sharing, let’s hope it was just a bad day!

  • Great, will definitely try it! Thanks so much for the tip – so looking forward to discover another great brunch spot 🙂 🙂

  • Hi there, do you know anywhere that does decent vegan brunch or breakfast options? On a Friday… thanks!

    • Hi Sareta, I’m afraid I haven’t spotted a great vegan brunch in Brussels yet but I will definitely post about it if I do, so keep an eye on the blog for future suggestions 🙂

  • Joanna

    Hi S!
Your blog has been a true savor for me blending in in the city of Brussels. It is truly a good and an interesting read with so many perks and thoughtful details (starting from the links to the google maps and other stories etc), so many thanks!
I was wondering (and it may be a silly question), but do you know do I have to buy the buffet in La Fabrique in Egmont park or can I order single dishes from the brunch menu as well?
Anyway keep up the brilliant work!
    Best,
    Joanna

  • Great list! Looking forward to putting it to the test when I visit Brussels in a few weeks!

    • Thank you, Eleanna! I’m sure you will love all of them – Brussels has some great foodie spots to try 🙂

      • Update: you were right about all the foodie spots in Brussels! I had a great time, shame really we missed each other that day at Les Filles! If only my phone worked 🙁 Next time! xx

        • I’m really glad you had a great time! Such a pity indeed, now you have to come back to explore a bit more 🙂 Otherwise, rendez-vous in Athens!!
